The Academy Bassmaster Classic is the premier event in the outdoor industry.

  • Hosted once annually, the event provides activities for the whole family; 153K attended in 2019 and 123K in 2020.

  • 53 of the world’s best anglers compete for a $1MM purse over three days of fierce competition

  • These anglers are the celebrities and icons of our sport—the 2nd most popular outdoor activity in the U.S. (behind running); there are 49MM anglers in the U.S. (more people fish than play golf and tennis combined)

  • The Classic is competition at the highest level; and followed by fishing fans across the country and worldwide

  • The Classic is covered across B.A.S.S. media platforms (print, TV, Live streaming, digital, social, and radio) and industry and mainstream third-party (non-B.A.S.S.) media
